to admin@wawayandaflyingclub.com

If you then decide to join the hobby continue to read:

You have come to the right place, although there are a few requirements.

First and foremost you MUST have an AMA membership. Click here, http://www.modelaircraft.org/ to inform yourself about the AMA and their insurance protection program.

Optional: If you sign up as a new AMA member, please enter your sponsor's name and AMA# on line 6.

Second, you will need to become a member of a flying club, or a guest of a member.

And third you need a plane. We highly recommend beginners to learn to fly on a trainer. Trainers usually run about $300 to $400 ready to fly. With flight equipment and fuel you'll probably spend another $100 to $200 So all said and done you are talking about $400 to $600 for evertything you need to fly. Tell us what radio system you have Futaba, Hitec, JR, or other. When we know we will try to hook up what's called a buddy box. This allows an experienced pilot to take control of the plane while you fly, just in case things get a little hairy. It also is a great tool because the experienced pilot can take off and land the plane the first couple of times until you get the feel for how the plane flies. It's the fastest, easiest, and most painless way to learn to fly.
